REFUND POLICY

You are entitled to a refund for your order within 14 days as well as within reason.

The official deadline for a refund is 14 days from which you or the person you appointed received the order upon delivery.

Please include your full name and order number on the order.

If your refund is approved, we will reimburse you the full amount within 7 business days from the day to which we receive the affected item(s). We will use the same method of payment to reimburse you, we are unable to reimburse you through a different credit/debit card, other PayPal account, etc.

Conditions To Be Eligible to Return

In order for the items to be eligible to return, please ensure that:

- Item(s) were purchased within the last 14 days
- Item(s) are in the original packaging they were sent in
- Item(s) were not used or damaged in any way (No hair, makeup or residue of any kind)
- You have the receipt/proof of purchase for the item(s)

The Following item(s) are not eligible for return

- Opened* / Used Items (Opened items are eligible as long as the original tag is on it and it follows our eligibility guidelines)
- Defective item(s) due to customer wear and tear or negligence

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items or merchandise that does not meet the return conditions as stated above in our discretion.

Only regular priced items or merchandise can be returned, unfortunately we cannot accepts returns on any items or merchandise that was purchased at a sale price. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable laws.

Returning Items

If you ordered an item or items that are the wrong size or color, that is your error and not ours. Therefore you are responsible for taking care of all costs associated with returning the item(s) back to us. You should send the item(s) to this following address:

We cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during the return shipment. For that reason, we HIGHLY recommend and encourage you to acquire a shipping service that allows for insurance and tracking. We are unable to issue a refund without the actual receipt or proof of purchase for the item(s) upon delivery of the return.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange the product for the same one please contact us first. Please note we will only exchange an item or items you receive that are defective, damaged, or in the off chance you received the wrong item from us by mistake.
