REFUND POLICY
You are entitled to a refund for your order within 14 days as well as within reason.
The official deadline for a refund is 14 days from which you or the person you appointed received the order upon delivery.

Please include your full name and order number on the order.
If your refund is approved, we will reimburse you the full amount within 7 business days from the day to which we receive the affected item(s). We will use the same method of payment to reimburse you, we are unable to reimburse you through a different credit/debit card, other PayPal account, etc.
Conditions To Be Eligible to Return
In order for the items to be eligible to return, please ensure that:
- Item(s) were purchased within the last 14 days
- Item(s) are in the original packaging they were sent in
- Item(s) were not used or damaged in any way (No hair, makeup or residue of any kind)
- You have the receipt/proof of purchase for the item(s)
The Following item(s) are not eligible for return
- Opened* / Used Items (Opened items are eligible as long as the original tag is on it and it follows our eligibility guidelines)
- Defective item(s) due to customer wear and tear or negligence
